Terms of Service

Welcome to Miyori Vault. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before booking.

Appointments & Booking​
  • All appointments must be booked in advance.

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure every booking.

  • Appointments are confirmed only after the required deposit has been received.

  • Clients must arrive on time for their appointment.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled or shortened depending on availability.

Deposits
  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Deposits can be transferred once if at least 48 hours’ notice is provided before the appointment.

  • Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in loss of deposit.

  • Deposits go toward the total service cost

  • No deposit = no appointment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
  • We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Last-minute cancellations may require a new deposit before future bookings can be made.

  • Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future appointments.

Hair Preparation Policy

Clients must arrive:

  • With clean, washed hair

  • Free from heavy oils or product buildup

  • Fully detangled unless detangling has been added as a paid service. Additional charges may apply if extra preparation time is required.

Hair Extensions
  • Clients will be informed if hair is included with the service.

  • If clients provide their own hair, Miyori Vault is not responsible for the quality, colour mismatch, or suitability of the hair supplied.

Service Satisfaction

We aim to provide high-quality services and customer satisfaction.

  • Any concerns regarding your hairstyle must be reported within 48 hours of your appointment.

  • Adjustments may be offered at management discretion.

  • Refunds are not provided once a service has been completed.

Health & Safety
  • Clients must inform us of any allergies, scalp conditions, sensitivities, or medical concerns before the appointment.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if a condition may affect health, safety, or the quality of the service.

Children & Extra Guests
  • For safety and comfort, only clients receiving services should attend appointments unless otherwise agreed.

Payments
  • Please note that full payment must be made before the service begins.

  • We accept approved payment methods listed on our booking platform.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

Photos & Social Media
  • Photos or videos of completed hairstyles may be taken for promotional purposes on our website and social media platforms.

  • Please inform us before your appointment if you do not wish to be photographed.

Right to Refuse Service

Miyori Vault reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service where there is:

  • Abusive or inappropriate behaviour

  • Repeated lateness or no-shows

  • Failure to follow salon policies
